They also changed the CG on his eyes.

In Age of Ultron, the irises are darker, larger, and have a camera lens like look to them:

In Civil War and Infinity War, they’re more or less Paul Bettany’s eyes with some of that lens effect:

For the longest time I had trouble pinpointing why his CG felt unfinished in CW, and to me this is why.

Honestly, I do think Vision’s look benefits from the Age of Ultron style. Vision has such intense coloration that Paul Bettany’s very pale eyes (which suit his very pale natural coloration) look rather out of place. The color grading is also a bit more red overall which makes Vision in AoU to seem more red than strictly aubergine.
