Wanda Maximoff is the sole survivor of a vampire raid in the valleys. A priest, specialized in vampire combat, is assigned to her by the Church to keep her safe from a sire coming to complete her transformation to a full fledged vampire. As her corrupt blood drives her to acts of lust, violence, and insanity… directed at her ordained protector, the quiet and determined Vizhe, the two find themselves to be kindred spirits. Wanda finds her corruption to be liberating, while Vizhe has found feelings awakened in him by this newly empowered woman.
But the Sire is coming, and his power over Wanda comes with devastating consequences.
BONUS:
(Yas. It’s his devotion to God that she’s drawn to, I’m sure…)
I haven’t read whatever comic this is from, but this picture is actually so bewildering
It’s from Marvel Fanfare v1 #32. It’s a sad, short story about an old homeless woman that gave Wanda a flower every day when she and Vision passed by that was murdered on the street. Vision mourns her loss and empathizes with her a great deal, and this story is about him trying to catch her killer.
When Wanda lost Pietro in The Avengers: Age of Ultron, she was ready to die and yet Vision saved her. In The Avengers: Infinity War, she breaks down while having to destroy the stone (thus killing Vision, the person she loves) and simultaneously holds back Thanos.
When Thanos turns back time to get the stone, Wanda has to watch him die a second time after she had to do it itself. When death comes round a second time, she is relieved.
Closing shot of “Quicksilver: No surrender”: Pietro having a meal with his sister at3 in the morning. I assume it’s supposed to be “cute” to have the turtle on the banana split, I just think it’s very unsanitary.
