What is #SVAD2018?
Scarlet Vision Appreciation Day was originally created by @iamyourscarletvision two years ago, and is a day for us to celebrate the unique and breathtaking love that exists between a witch and a synthezoid.
What is the theme?
ξηραμπέλινος (xērampelinos)
: of the colour of withered vine leaves, bright red, scarlet
This year’s theme will be the ancient Greek word ξηραμπέλινος. Its literal translation is ‘dried-vine’, and it is described as ‘a certain type of vine that withers in autumn, its red tendrils appearing as if bloodstained.’ Vines have traditionally been a symbol of connection, of anchoring, of eternity, and, most importantly, of life.
What type of content can we make?
All forms of content are welcomed and encouraged for the event, including, but not limited to, fanfiction, fanart, gifs, graphics, playlists, and videos.
To participate, simply post your Scarlet Vision content on June 1st and include the tag #SVAD2018 within the first five tags of your post!
All content that follows the theme and includes that tag will be reblogged by the Scarlet Vision Network as part of the event.
