That’s a cue.

He looks over, catches Wanda’s eye, gives a little nod toward Stark, then shoots the arrow to distract Tony from firing on her while she uses her powers, specifically arcing it around the suit so he has to turn away.

This was absolutely rehearsed.

And when combined with her scolding him about pulling his punches?

I have no doubt at all who was responsible for a good portion of her combat training.
